Judge Webb's life story "You can make a difference" focuses on making a positive difference in a negative world. He has experienced life from a perspective not commonly shared by individuals who live in this part of the world. His dynamic message to value and appreciate the qualities of other people in court experiences  is delivered with a sense of humor that will be inspiring, thought provoking and entertaining.

This live music variety show features a cast of 36 of the nation’s  top singers, dancers, comedians and musicians in its own 2200-seat show palace with state-of-the-art sound and lighting and three giant video screens. Alternative Court Translators - Language Line Services provides immediate telephone access to certified interpreters approved for use in South Carolina Courts by order of the Chief Justice of the South Carolina Supreme Court. This presentation will include a live demonstration .

Workshop & Discussion Groups- Question for the Seminar’s speakers and a Judges panel. This is designed to give the participants an opportunity to share ideas from their courts.
